Probably Kishimoto decided later on to retcon it to use Arashi Uzumaki as Rikudou's name.

could be but i doubt its Rikudou, they will probably reveal more about Narutos background in the next ARC. I think naruto will get a surprise visit from a family member like how Goku did. finds out his clan had a dark secret or something like that. more on uzumaki clan would be nice.

Arashi Uzumaki is Nagato and Karins father. Because neither Karin or Nagato were born from the dirt or from an apple tree. They had a father and mother, and arashi was the former leader of the uzumaki clan back in the day, i'm sure that they even have a secret Uzumaki village.
