there is no evidence to suggest that. The sage is not the God of the world. just because he discovered how to use chakra first, does not mean that he made every human. With that being said, the sage is not all clans in one and then everyone just became a branch off of his blood.

you arent, you are mixing your own beliefs with facts in the manga. the uzumaki clan home village Uzushiogakure was not destroyed during hashirama time as hokage. kushina came from her home village to the leaf to be the 9 tails jin and also she grew up in war.
