Reasons why Obito won't die at the end of the series:
1. He has avoided death more times than many other characters. He survived the boulder, Itachi's amaterasu, Danzous suicide bomb, and juubi's extraction. Kishi won't kill him now after all the times he saved him from the pits of hell.
2. The effects of Rinne tensei won't kill him now because he has a new life force that is keeping him alive (black zetsu). Zetsus can be exchanged for edo soul sacrifice, so it makes sense that they can be exchanged for life force as a life support.
3. He has to save Naruto, but not with rinne tensei since naruto is not dead yet and Obito doesn't need to die in his stead. All he need to do is transfer yin kurama (from black zetsu) and yang Kurama from Madara since he's absorbing biju chakra from him.
4. The shinobi alliance needs him. They need a juubi jin to fight a juubi jin Madara. Obito seemingly became sage again after absorbing chakra from Madara proven by him producing back his Sennin staff. Naruto and Obito needs to team up (both decendants from the sons of Rikkudo) in order to defeat Madara since he's became so powerful to kill. Unless Naruto also becomes a sage, he would need Juubitos help.
5. He's now been redeemed and Shinobi alliance has to forgive him. To end the cycle of hatred, what's better way than forgive someone who almost ended the world and is an Uchiha who was thought to be an evil clan. Total forgiveness is the strongest testament on how wiling the world will finally end the cycle of hatred to obtain peace.
