I know we have used this as a joke many times but honestly think about. What if he was Tobi. He knew Naruto since he was a kid because Naruto always stopped by to eat Ramen. He could gather info on the leaf without being hiding since he a Ramen Guy. And when it get's revealed that it was the Ramen Guy just Naruto's reaction would be like WTF!
