which is why i proposed the theory that he used v1 and not v2, v2 is faster than v1, minato might have been able to barely dodge v1 because of his reflexes but v2 closes this gap

If he is able to just wait the moment Raikage is next to him to throw a kunai above Raikage, i don't see where he "barely" dodge Raikage. In the contrary it shows that in the comparison of Minato, Raikage is slow. Also your thing about the fact that Raikage only had V1 at that moment is wrong, and i proved you that on my first post. He is the first concerned about his progress, so if he really improved his speed, he would have never said what he said.

The raikage put naruto in the same league as minato in terms of them two being the only people to dodge his full speed that is v2.
