Orochimaru is a Senju and grandson to either Hashirama or Tobirama. To start off notice how he has strong Yang abilities. Kabuto infused himself with numerous blood samples, but only Orochimaru's was strong enough to spread across his body. Since Orochimaru's will was sealed in Totsuka, it was merely Orochimaru's YANG who was trying to take over Kabuto.

Now, notice how the cells completely overtook the host once chakra levels depleted. Every other bloodline (Uchiha, Taka, Sound Five, Hyuuga) has been shown to be controllable, but only Hashirama and Orochimaru's cells are enough to overpower someone.

Impure World Resurrection is so far the strongest Jutsu in history, and obviously someone would have tried to steal information on how to do it, or copy the process. Kabuto was only able to use the technique after attaining Orochimaru's cells because the technique is actually a Bloodline Limit for the Senju clan. Strong Yang chakra is needed to keep the souls bound to the Impure World, as stated by Kabuto here.

The Senju we have seen all have high concentration of Yang chakra, as seen from Tsunade and Harishima's natural healing. Tobirama's technique brings people to life. Orochimaru follows the same pattern. Etenal Rebirth, godly regeneration, Impure World Resurrection. He has been the one force to keep crossing paths against the Uchiha directly or indirectly since either him or Kabuto have all messed around with Itachi, Tobi, and Madara.

Yes, but Sasuke himself had to keep Orochimaru surpass with his Chakra, similar to Danzou, to prevent being taking over.

The latest chapters hint that Orochimaru stores his DNA in the Heaven's Cursed Seal. Once Itachi extracted Orochimaru with Totsuka the seal vanished, taking away all DNA traces from Sasuke. Orochimaru himself said that Sasuke was suppressing his CHAKRA.

Orochimaru seems to be a very special case...He has numerous S-Rank Jutsu that don't require outside sources or a bloodline limit (As far as we know). Notice S-Rank techs that are not Bloodline Limits like Amaterasu tend to require outside sources like Kirin, Performance of a Hundred Puppets, and Sage Mode. Orochimaru is using numerous S-rank with his own body so far. The way he keeps crossing paths with the Uchiha is too similar to the Senju Vs Uchiha war. No one has brought the Uchiha more trouble than Orochimaru Senju.

But you are okay with the apparent inbreeding that the Uchiha had, al3xsmith13? A lot of people are related in the manga. Take into account how Naruto shares some of Tsunade's DNA.
