I may be wrong but I think that Orochimaru played a hand in the death of Tsunade's brother. I think he killed Naeaki and took his dna.Why?

My other theory is Nawaki isn't dead at all.I think that he was waiting to get Sasuke but the third hokage ruined oro's plans. I think Oro kidnapped him. I think that Oro was already making moves in trying to discover many new justus. Oro had senju dna. I think he got it from Nawaki. Now this is far fetched but Nawaki could be the person that Sasiuke wants to speak to. I could be completely wrong. Even Oro stated that they couldn't recognize the body. Maybe he did something that made that possible. I think Oro was trying to obtain the rinnegan.

Then there was no reason for orochimaru to give tsunade the necklace back in that case.

Go back to the tsunade retrieval arc, I think when Orochimaru wanted her to heal his arms, he said somewhere that I can give you Dan and Nawaki (your loved ones)
this could've meant edo tensei though; but you should add it
