If I recall Sasuke(flip-flopper) held a grudge toward Itachi for killing their parents, until later of course in the story Sasuke(flip-flopper) finds out Itachi's secret mission then he develops a hatred toward the leaf afterward. Now, Sasuke(flip-flopper) wants to destroy the leaf simply because that's what he wants to do like a little child(I want this, I want that)selfish lol. Anyway I do agree and I always been interested who where Orochimarus parents.

It would seem that Orochimaru was indeed crying for Konoha, he didn't tell Hiruzen the truth back then:

Then a few hundred chapters later, we see this:

It would appear that not everything is as it seems, that Orochimaru had a hidden motive as to why he tried to crush Konoha.

I think it has something to do with his parents:

Since Kishimoto loves making characters parallel each other:

Then it stands to reason that Sasuke, who parallels Orochimaru, have the same grudge against the leaf.

Their parents' deaths.

I think Orochimaru tried to take vengeance on the Leaf in retribution to his parent's death, it is also logical to assume that Konoha had a hand in his parent's demise, the same way that Konoha had a hand in the Uchiha Massacre.

I think he just wanted to be hokage and felt hurt/betrayed by hiruzen for not making him hokage. He's probably a hidden danzo

It seems that Oro really had a hidden reason for crushing the Leaf but I think it's something different than his parents...I'm starting to think that somehow he wanted to do good with crushing it O__O

Yep, that's what I thought, too.
There is also that chapter (I don't know which though) at the chuunin test, when Oro talks to Kabuto.

Oro says he won't enjoy to kill Hiruzen (I don't think he lied at that point).
Kabuto seems suspicious and Oro gives him that Tobirama-look.:nindaime:

I don't know why but ever since that conversation between Oro and Kabuto I've been suspicious about Oro's true intentions.

I think I shall search for that particular chapter you've pointed out

Don't bother, I found it. It's chapter 88.

Now that I read it again, it almost sounds as if Orochimaru is worried that Konoha might not be competitive enough anymore, to keep up with the other villages.
