Orochimaru's daughter is Anko. Hiruzen ordered Oro to invent the Curse Seal, so Orochimau did. But people began to find out, so Hiruzen cast all the blame on Orochimaru and forced him to leave.

Than he kidnapped Orochimaru's daughter, removed her memories, replaced them with Orochimaru abusing her, put the Curse Seal on her himself, and than named her Anko Mitarashi, as he was eating Dango at the time.
