I got this idea from the awakenings from the Naruto games.

This is why I think that in order to fully resurrect Kaguya, Black Zetsu must be there.
Or else theyll only have the 10tails (incomplete). In order to take BZ, one must complete her body and take the tree/fruit/flower.

we see Momoshiki and Kinshiki in the different dimension and following Sasuke.
However, we know that in order to go through dimensions, one must have powerful eyes.
so we speculated that Kaguya gained her ShaRinnegan by eating the fruit.
How did she managed to go to earth to eat the fruit in the first place if she hadnt had the rinne sharingan in the first place?
I could only think of this.
suppose that Kaguya gained some chakra strong enough to awaken her sharinnegan but only as a 1 time use (Like momoshiki eating kinshiki and their "masters" before them, probably where he got the 2 rinnegans in the first place)
She managed to hop on the Earth in which she ate the fruit, which had the entire planet's chakra which gave her her awakening form permanently. She probably then got used to being treated as a goddess and punishing those who defy her, giving her the title of demon. As the chakra fruit in her matured, she gave birth to twins (yin-yang of the "tree" or matured fruit).
so her chakra composite ATM is:
50 (her own) + 100 (fruit) = 150 (rabbit goddess form)
then the fruit matures:
150 - 50 (Hagoromo: Yin) - 50 (Hamura: Yang) = 50 (normal Kaguya chakra)
Vying to get back to her awakened form, Hagoromo and Hamura were forced to seal her mother going in a rampage = 10 tails.
where's the 10tails come into play?
well, her body was at full 150 but after giving birth she was only left with 50. She needs to hold 100 more in order to be complete. So 10 tails is her hollowed self form.
She was then sealed along with her hollow awakened self (10tails) with her last remaining chakra, she gave birth to Black Zetsu
50 - 50 (Black Zetsu) = 0 (empty husk: Gedo Statue)
