I can agree with this. Uchiha use a lesser for of Izangi, which itself is a farcry from CoaLT Jutsu, to bring live to there normally liveless chakra.

I mean technically when you think about it like that, Susano are merely tailed beasts created with Human Chakra as oppose to Juubi Chakra.
