Its Naruto being a Transmigrant that creates a disperancy in the hamura theory..Naruto has to be related to Ashura..that's how the transmigrant thing work....Ashura's chakra flows through the transmigrants from his clan only..All the previous transmigrants were senjus who were related to Ashura...hence Naruto or the Uzumaki are not directly related to Hamura....

Unless you believe Kaguya reminding Naruto and Sasuke of her sons ,bypasses the Transmigrant theory ..Uzumaki are not descended from Hamura..

They are close admittedly that's why probably Kaguya was reminded of them seeing Sasuke and Naruto getting along so well..

i get what your saying but Here ''Ashura and senju /Indra and Uchiha ...Transmigrant of each clan" just means that so far it was always senju and uchiha (at least thats how i read it) and while it is more likely that he would choose someone from his clan to reincarnate into each time i think its more important for him to reincarnate into someone with the same ideals. but its unimportant im sure we will find out in a few weeks thanks for the convo.
