It's just something I've come up with in a split second...
I think it could be possible that Kaguya being too strong for both saske and naruto, and after thinking she won... will return to that castle on the volcano. Then somehow Kishi might save them again and they gain some power-up from Hamura and they make their way to the castle... There
Kaguya will prolly be impressed by their willpower and stuff and there the final fight will begin. Over her castle or maybe even inside of it. And she will sense Hamura's chakra too and the final battle begins. I can see the castle falling apart after the fight and after kaguya is defeated. And Madara (weak state) will return after Kaguya has been defeated...
While at the same time the lava around there will stop flowing and it will turn to land/stone.
This is a simple theory/prediction tho others predicted that Hamura will give them a power up but what I really wanna emphasize is that the castle will play some role in the story.
