Thanks to many other threads.. I came up with these 2 as the ones who know everything , that SASUKE WANTS TO KNOW about. Now, these 2 you have to remember were alive during the whole Uchiha segregation.. hell they were part of it. And also, they might know the real reason .. or if they did the Uchiha wrong.

Oro told that they are going to a place Sasuke knows well..It could be Konoha itself.

Because as I recall, Sasuke wants to clarify the events of the Uchiha Genocide. Since the whole Uchiha clan is dead.. those 2 are the next best choice.

It's not them. It's most likely someone who is dead already or someone we know little about. Remember, Sasuke said Orochimaru was the only one who can do this "thing" for sasuke. If sasuke wanted to see the elders, he would've just went to konoha himself without asking for Orochimaru's help. The whole thing is a blur, first it was just "the one who knows everything", and then orochimaru said "why do you want to meet them for?" Anyway, if i had to guess, sasuke either wants to meet his parents or the dead hokages.

The power in the scroll could be a clue to release souls that are trapped in the reaper death seal, thus he needs orochimaru to complete the ritual so sasuke can talk to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd hokage and "hear everything from them".

Like i said before, the whole thing is still a blur, kishi probably doesn't know what to do with it yet thats why its been months and months since we last heard about sasuke and orochimaru.

-sasuke did say "ANYWAY, there is someone i need to meet"
-after handing the scroll to orochimaru, orochimaru replied "why do you want to meet them for?"

My bet is that he needs Oro for Edo Tensei, although as Suigetsu mentioned Sasuke can learn to use it himself but will take time.

I don't think it is the kages, think about it people. If oro can unlock the seal for the reaper, why in the hell didn't he do it a long time ago to get the soul of his hands? So no, its not the kages. More than likely it's people we hardly know anything about.

What confuses me, is Sasuke refers to whatever it is as singular yet Oro refers to it as plural. It could be translation errors but either way its confusing, it's such an open speculation with barely any clues, hell, it could be the Ramen guy

Orochimaru was probably in the process until sasuke killed him. That scroll was probably wasn't produced till later in orochimaru's career. Remember, part of his soul was sealed in the Death God, so he was in fact trying to release souls from that realm.
