We see sasuke wearing a Poncho, the reason I think he's wearing it is to cover the lost arm during his battle against naruto, also the reason he doesn't deactivate his eyes is because he adds susanoo arm to his body during a battle, he wears the Mexican cloth so he doesn't use his eyes every time and it's easier for him to walk freely without others staring.....

.....We also know that Naruto is covering his right arm in the image below, I think he has a kyuubi chakra arm which he covers it with white bandages so others don't notice it and pity him etc

nope, both sasuke and naruto had arms in the trailer. they probably have zetsu arms and just cover them so they don't look weird. Sasuke also has his rinnegan deactivated in the new trailer.
