Theory on how Madara knew how to break out of Edo Tensei.

As we all know by now, Madara broke free from the Edo Tensei. This got me thinking on how he knew the signs. Seeing as how Tobirama created the technique, it made me come to the conclusion that he used it to bring back Izuna. It was possibly done to help the alliance between the Senju and Uchiha or to keep Madara in check. Thus causing Madara to try to rebel with the Uchiha. It's true, without their support he left the village. However, I believe before he left Tobirama undid Izuna from the Edo Tensei with which Madara copied the relase seals. I know it's a long stretch but please tell me what you think.

No, beccause tobirama never like nor trusted the uchiha not even hashirama did, the reason madara knows the seals to the technique are alot of reasons

1. madara has huge amount of knowledge of kinjutsu
2. madara seen tobirama perform it and copy it and later on practice it

Good theory but I don't think that's how it went can't remember where but I'm pretty sure it's stated somewhere that Izuna fought blind alongside Madara even after he took his eyes.

I'd imagine he just copied it from seeing Tobirama perform it.
Would have had plenty of time to perfect it while in hiding all those years so even if he never seen how to release it he could have worked it out.

I think he had had a Zetsu break into the leafs scroll room and steal it. Thats the only thing I can think of being possible.

Yeah I gotta admit it is highly unlikely, but it would be one way of Madara knowing the seals...just don't know why Izuna would be mysteriously broken free or mysteriously gone after his revival....those are the only two flaws in an interesting theory

Madara and tobirama were from the same era and the senju and the uchiha fought alot soo maybe during a battle he used the edo tensi against madara and madara simpled remebered the hand signs and the rest is history
