Theory of why Obito's become evil

Madara used Izanami on Obito, forcing him to have a dark destiny. I think Obito becomes dumbfounded when Kakashi ask him why he has become so evil because Obito doesn't have a reasonable answer. "You let Rin die" is a pathetic excuse, that can't be the real reason. Obito cannot fight against Izanami, he must remain to be Madara's evil subordinate. He cannot make sense of his actions. As we all know, Madara has knowledge of all Uchiha abilities so of course he would know how to use Izanami. Obito's destiny has literally been decided by Madara. Whatcha think?

Nope. The user picks any destiny for the victim. Itachi being the good person that he is, chose to make Kabuto become a good person. He could've picked some messed up destiny for him like "fall in love with Sasuke and become his slave".
Izanami was originally meant to turn cocky, greedy Uchiha's into humble shinobi.
