okay here comes my theory. There is another half of kaguya known as hamura....or maybe he had a child kinda like indra ashura transmigrate..... okay so here it comes now obito was hamura(or the child), that is why he was able to do what he just did with kakashi but hold on just wait a minute i'm not finished yet....!!!!
rin was hamura(or the child) first. After she died she went looking for obito who was already suppose to be dead but he wasnt dead! so it transmigrated to obito. and just now we just witnessed another transmigration.
