My theory is that the uchiha clan are all still alive by itachi is still in the akatsuki but sasuke is still in the village and is the ultimate dush but his still happy, but in this universe it was all Sakura and Naruto wanted so yah. But there was an error so maybe he still has a curse mark but is not evil or orochimaru is also in the village and his training sasuke there like jiraya did with Naruto or Sasuke maybe he still gets the curse mark but does not go to be trained by orochimaru because the only reason sasuke searched for power to kill itachi that's why he left the village for that reason revenge.
If itachi is still in Akatsuki means that he didn't kill his clan but did something else like maybe killed danzo or lord third and Sasuke maybe didn't care that's why his still at Konoha, so itachi leaving didn't make him an emo but a dush or he cared and trained hard to try and bring his brother back like Naruto did for real sasuke.
