Based on the evidences and subtle hints in the Manga, I have come to the conclusion that Obito's ultimate fate is redemption, Kakashi will convince him to turn his back on the Eye of the Moon Plan and possibly join Kakashi in the fight against Madara and the Juubi.

Take a look at this:
We know that Obito said "You Let Rin Die"

And yet we were shown that Kakashi stabbed Rin with Chidori:

It seems contradictory at first, but it's not.
It's because Rin herself asked Kakashi to kill her.
Mirroring Haku's request to Naruto:

It is because the Mist Ninjas did something to her body:

Under the orders of no other than Madara Uchiha:

Rin was already done for, she asked Kakashi to kill her because she doesn't want the Mist Ninjas to obtain info from her body:

You could even see Kakashi's remorse in doing the deed:

Obito already knew Madara was behind it all, that is why he's antagonistic towards Madara:

So what Obito meant when he said "You Let Rin Die" to Kakashi is:
Kakashi couldn't prevent what the Mist Ninjas did to Rin's Body leading Rin herself to ask Kakashi to kill her for she was already done for anyway. Hence the words "You Let Rin Die/You Allowed Rin To Be Murdered"
Now considering Kakashi and Obito's Fight in the Kamui Dimension:

It's rather obvious that Kishimoto placed both of them inside it for them to talk:

They will no doubt fight at first, but it will ultimately lead to Obito's change of heart.
And it's highly probable that Obito and Kakashi will team-up to fight Madara and the Juubi, since it has been foreshadowed before:

And it has been greatly foreshadowed that Obito will redeem himself since he has all the elements needed for Kishimoto's plot of redemption:

Kishimoto Plot-Wise: It is a logical certainty that Obito will be redeemed.
I see Obito and Kakashi teaming up to fight Madara and the Juubi, but I do not believe Obito will survive the war, after his redemption he will likely get killed by Madara since the resolution of his character's story has come full circle:

I agree, but there is one big part. Obito has no idea that madara is under it. If so, he wouldn't have even planned on reviving him. He's proven he doesn't need him. And kirigakure is VERY creepy, with zabuzas demon teeth and kisames.. whole body. The third and first mizukage, the reasons why they haven't been revealed as of now is because they must have been sick ****s...
But I am hoping Obito doesn't get TNjed.:snick:
