I see Obito and Kakashi teaming up to fight Madara and the Juubi, but I do not believe Obito will survive the war, after his redemption he will likely get killed by Madara since the resolution of his character's story has come full circle:

I think one plausible possibility is Obito giving Naruto the small parts of the bijou he managed to steal chakra from. If he gives yin kurama plus those pieces and the staff maybe Naruto will become a pseudo So6p
