Theory: Obito will get a certain powerup in upcoming chapters !

Guys, I have thought about this for a while

We know that Obito is gonna join the action very soon, but he's weak as well and can't kill a fodder even if Sakura heals him. So Obito needs some kind of powerup to be eligible to fight alongside Naruto and Sasuke, forget about challenging Kaguya. But where will Obito get his power from? Who will give it to him? Certainly not Naruto because Naruto himself can't do anything against Kaguya right now

So I think, Obito could be getting a powerup from Hamura, Kaguya's other son

We all know Hagoromo distributed half of his powers to Naruto and Sasuke each, so Hagoromo is out of the equation currently. Naruto and Sasuke are no match for Kaguya's dimension alteration, so they need Obito's assistance to even out the situation. But Obito is too weak, and he needs a powerup to be relevant.

Thus I think Obito will obtain powers from Hamura to help Naruto and Sasuke in their fight against Kaguya

Those who disagree with me, I don't understand how you think Obito can be a challenge to Kaguya with Naruto's chakra, because Kaguya has her own version of Kamui and tons of other jutsu. Obito will be the first one to die if he tries to fight without powerup

And Hamura giving powers to Naruto/Sasuke would be a repetition of Hagoromo scene, so Hamura has to be used in some other way imo

he gets chakra from naruto and saske and awakes rinne. the gedo arm is in kamui so he absorb that and take a bit of the bijuu power from naruto and whala!!!

Obito is going to show a new power via the combination of the two MSs. As Madara once said, the Sharingan's true power is unleashed when one has both Sharingan eyes. I don't think he will meet Hamura.

I think his role will be to bring Sasuke back from the dimension Kaguya teleported him too. I don't think he'll do anything else because it'll screw the parallel with Asura/Indra or Hagoromo/Hamura. But I definitely hope we'll see more of Hamura. He looked so badass
