Tbh, I think the Juubi will break free and would become the final villain in the series, and even if that was so, if my suspicions are correct that the final transformation of Juubi has a consciousness, the Juubi will be TnJ too.

Its something we all subconsciously expect, judging from this manga -.-.
But i had hope it will not go that way.
Hell i expected sasuke to join other top uchihas get some more power ups.
Lay waste to whole alliance and only then its ok to fall victim of TnJ. He can even revive them with his rinnegan and all.
Shifting battle of good and evil to some mindless, emotionless chakra meat, isnt that exiting!

I highly doubt that, obito is too far gone. He's the major villain in this story now, and even if kakashi said rin was a spy. It would only add fuel to the fire and further convince obito that he has to change the world to a "better" place.
