Chapter 629 has cleared up a lot of things such as Rin's death, obito's motives and why he turned evil. We also learned that obito does not blame kakashi for Rin's Death because He know's that Rin was the one who wanted to die. He only thinks kakashi is trash because he let it happen but doesn't truly want to kill him.
As you can see in the picture, kakashi was the one who warped obito to the other dimension So he can possibly talk some sense into him in a private manner.

The reason obito fell to the floor and kakashi did not in the kamui world was because kakashi was the one who wraped Obito into the dimension and not vice versa.
Obito used this situation to further mentally handicap kakashi into feeling guilty for what he had done. Obito is striking Kakashi with Rin's death as a trigger. obito know's that kakashi feels Guilty for her death and will always feel that way.
Obito Presumably used genjutsu on kakashi to make him think he stabbed obito in the heart the same way he did to Rin. He wants kakashi to know that He does not have a heart anymore and that he is broken and hollow for what happened to Rin and his further hate for the "Fake" Ninja world.
If Obito wants to kill kakashi, He could very well do it Right now while kakashi is under genjutsu but he did not.
Which further proves that He wants to Mentally handicap kakashi instead of Physically hurting him or killing him.

obito does not want anything to do with kakashi except stopping him from using kamui on the Juubi which would put his plan at risk.
If obito wanted to kill kakashi, He would of Killed him in their earlier fight instead of using Shurikens.

He could of used many other Powerful Jutsu's But he chose to use 2 Shurikens becuase he does not Intentionally want to hurt kakashi.
He wants him to feel Guilty.
Obito admit's that The Ninja system and the Fake world is what shattered his hopes and dreams, kakashi and Rin were a part of it.

Conclusion:
Obito's intention is not to kill kakashi, but to mentally handicap him so he feels guilty for what he did. obito had many chances to kill kakashi but He did not and Still does not show any interests in killing kakashi.
