Ok, after having a talk on NB i decided to visit the page where the Sage spoke with the Baby Tails.
Look closely at the ground and the pattern on which they are standing.
It's clearly a type of Sharingan -> 4 circles, more than 9 tomoes and those strange looking triangles near the first circle. It's also easy to notice that, that is a seal under the form of a sharingan.
Also notice that there is no middle dot, but instead there is the sage
To end with, The scenery is inside his body the same as when Naruto talks to Kurama. Why?
Because in the left and right sides we can notice square drawings which could represent walls
