It's new but it's not so basically kaguya used a chakra arm technique in the form if asumas Welcoming Approach: Thousand-Armed Murder and Hashiramas 10000 armed Buddah while naruto did his chakra arms in that same manner they were both exchanging a ton of power hits in seconds
