Sage chakra is made by combining natural energies with the users own spiritual and physical energies. The Juubi is made of natural energy. Obito will not turn stone if this happens.

jubito would not turn to stone, as it would have to absorb more than 1000 times the nature energy to turn to stone(the nature energy used to turn that path)......though giving nature energy could stop him from getting kurama, it would not be a good offensive technique.

Plus you have juubi getting its power from the earth......
