(theory) naruto will do spirit bomb styled rasengan

Just a thought, but when naruto when up the tree, for whatever reason, I was puzzled as to why he would go way up there. Then I had another thought as well, He mentioned increasing the size of the rasengan, but how will he do that? I think sage mode, and the tree come into the equation.
Now remember, all chakra came from that tree, it should make sense for naruto to gather the energy from the tree right? Hence the reason why he ran to the top of the tree.
