Have you even read the manga, he left the villiage (punishable by death), he killed Danzo (punishable by death), he attempted to kidnap Killer Bee earning him the hatred of the Hidden Cloud, he attacked the Five Kage Summit making him a international criminal, and he killed various Samurai.

Its been stated several times that Sasuke's life is over he is long past the point of no return.

Its been established that he will be killed if he ever returns, the villiage has disowned him.

Have you even read the manga. So if he goes back he will be killed immediatly.
