"A world without ill will or strife...everything will be united" = World Government
The moon eye plan is the goal of controlling all people and having them believe all is well under their control.
THE SHARINGAN LITERALLY LOOKS LIKE A FIDGET SPINNER because fidget spinners represent a distraction for people.
Likewise projecting a giant fidget spinner sharingan on the moon is the ultimate distraction!!!
- The Sharingan seems to be made in the shape of three 6's
- Tobi's one eye mask represents the Illuminati all-seeing eye
- Kaguya originating the moon eye plan reveals it is a very ancient plan (like Illuminati)

"Controlling all of humanity within that genjutsu..." is self-explanatory
- Black Zetsu & White Zetsu represent the use of national governments and humanity as a tool for the Akatsuki (which is the deep state/organization of world's powerful & wealthy)
- Even within Akatsuki, there was a secretive alliance of Pain with Tobi that the members did not know about. This indicates the deep, extremely secretive nature of the organization
- The countries of Naruto all had a bijuu (in our terms, nuclear weapons) and position for power over them all
- The nature/purpose of Akatsuki is the same as illuminati and they are using the same methods (kill all/cleanse)
