Mmm...no. Its the matter of logical interpretation, and i am the one who is interpreting Sage's words logically based on the context. Also, Madara read the tablets that is written by Hagoromo, meaning he knows everything.

you are wrong. madar only knew what was written on the tablet, which was only bits and pieces. in this chapter hogoromo clearly states that it is specifically the chakra of ashura and indra. meaning when their chakra possesses different people, if those two individuals combine their chakra/dna they can awaken the rennigan. which makes since as to why danzo or obito didn't have rennigan as they only had hashi cells, ashura's chakra. they would have needed indra's as well which they didn't have.

to people saying naruto can't get rennigan because he don't have dojutsu. from what i can tell, it doesn't matter. the rennigan is not the natural evolution of the sharingan, it is the combination of the two chakras. therefore we can assume that having a dojutsu already doesn't matter. think about it, if gaining a dojutsu was predicated on you already having a dojutsu, then the god fruit wouldn't have given kaguya a dojutsu as she wouldn't have already had a dojutsu. see where i'm going with that. so just have both chakras and your eyes will change.

for the people saying him getting rennigan changes the prophecy, no it doesn't. the rennigan is able to go back to your regular eye, so naruto would still have blue eyes.

Maybe Madara said that based on a hypothesis he developed after obtaining Rinnegan... In his context, it were Senju and Uchiha powers that needed to be combined to awake it...
He might not have known that he is someone's incarnation...

Because since the latest chapter, Madara's sayings are almost invalid...

the sage clearly stated that it was the chakras that allowed madara to awaken the rinnegan,why is hard for you to understand that which is infront of you,the best thing hashi's cells can do for sasuke is give him the wood style ASSUMING kabuto is actually giving sasuke the cells

Well , edo madara first had ems. He awakened rinnegan as an edo rigjt before naruto was gonna about to stuck him with a FRS. What im saying is it wouldnt have been possible for madara to get rinnegan as an edo if he didnt have indras and ashuras chakra...

Madara didnt awaken the rinnegan right there as an edo. Its already known he unlocked those eyes before his death so they were restored along with his body in edo tensei. Madara has also shown he can freely switch from rinnegan to EMS.
