Dan's full name is Dan Kato and so unless Tsunade is not Tusnade Namikaze and there was a special law to protect Minato's identity like Naruto, Dan and Tsunade are not Minato's parents. But rep+ for effort.

Also if Minato is their son: Minato was about 7-9 when Jirya was about 21 - 24. Since Jirya is same age as Tsunade it will mean Tsunade was inpregnated by Dan at about 14-15, which is far fetched as it was during the war.
