[Theory] Minato's Gift, Naruto's Chakra [Explanation]

1) If kishi intended for Naruto to "END UP"... Now you yourself say "End Up". Now End up implies that he does not Start off with something but rather gets it later on... Now if he started off with half the chakra and minato gives him the rest then would that mean he ended up with all of it? And thus the splitting of the Chakra is essential to Naruto ending up with all of it. I really dont see how your arguement works, perhaps elaboration is needed?

2) Hmmm... Giving your son a gift that will essentially make him Twice as strong as he previously was isnt a good gift is it? I mean ya in a ninja world where power is everything I can see how making someone twice as strong wouldn't be considered a gift.

3) The best point you have made was that one could find that the other half of the kyubi wouldn't be much of a fatherly gift to a son... but then when you start judging things from that perspective you have to weigh how fatherly any gift would be and then any gift you chose would die the death of 1000 qualifications. But you do make a good point!! The kyubi chakra may not be the best fatherly gift a father could give a son.

How would the rest of the 9 tails make him stronger.

Chakra is just energy used to accomplish something. Naruto with what he has is pretty close to unlimited, the rest of the 9 tails would just be redundant.

What is he going to do have two times unlimited chakra, it wouldn't make him stronger he can't run out of chakra while in BM anyway.

I would disagree with that. Infact I would go so far as to say that Naruto has had to conserve the size of his techniques based on his limited Chakra... If we can even call that limited because to be honest he does have alot. But even with all that Chakra we have seen that he was only able to sustain about 5-7 KM Clones, each being able to fight for some time before running out of Chakra and even then they didnt fight for very long. With twice as much Chakra he can effectively double the number of KM Clones he could use or Double the Lenght of time they can be around.

Not to mention that Naruto has had some difficulty mastering actual ninjutsu and alot of people including myself figure that this is because the yang portion of the tailed beasts chakra is over bearing making it hard for him to properly mold the yin side of his chakra required to create ninjutsu. With the yin side of the kyubis chakra now provided it could lead into him being able to master more ninjutsu from Katon to Suiton or maybe wind style techniques on par with Danzo.

Not to mention that as we speak he is facing Madara, Nobito AND the 10 tails with low Chakra reservse. With the other half of the Kyubi's Chakra he would be able to go wild without holding back.

Lastly you can argue all day on how unlikely it is going to be, but if you at the same time give NO reasonable alternative then your arguing without a purpose. I mean I think it is the other half of the kyubi and give good reasons for thinking so. You say it isnt, try your best to disprove me, but then give me no alternative. You just say "It could be an heirloom" that no one has heard about....

In this thread I will be going over my thoughts on what exactly Minato is going to give Naruto as a "Gift". This is going to be pretty short and too the point as there isnt much to explain so sit back relax and leave a post if you like it

The Premise​

In the latest release of the Naruto Manga we see that Sasuke has a change of heart and decides to save the village rather than destroy it. Upon allowing the Edo kages to go to the battlefield we see Minato say these words. "I can finally meet my son. To make up for everything I havent been able to do for you as a father... I will bring a big present for you."

The Rub​

Upon seeing this scan alot of people have begun to speculate on what this present could be. Now the first thought to everyones head is that it is the other half of the kyubi chakra but if it was infact sealed within the RDS then it would have been released along with the souls of the Kages and Orochimaru's arms. So with that we have been left to come up with a bunch of different ideas as to what it could be.. some of which are:

• How to use the FTG technique
• A special Uzumaki seal taught to him by Kushina
• A Random New Jutsu, perhaps a variation of the Rasengan
• Himself
• Teach him how to use RDS
• An Item from the SO6P he has
• Sasuke "lolz"

The list goes on!!!

The Solution​

I think the best way to go about solving this dillema is the old schoolyard saying that when your taking a test, if you cant figure out an answer then you stick with the first thing that came to your head... The Gift is infact the other part of the Kyubi Chakra. But how is that because it was sealed within the RDS right? Wrong!!!

It was sealed within Minato. Upon trying to seal the kyubi within Naruto Minato realized he could not do it, he didnt have enough strength to seal the ALL of the kyubi chakra within Naruto. So he used RDS to seal half of the kyubi's chakra inside of himself. That made the kyubi's Chakra more manageable allowing him to then seal the other half of the kyubi within Naruto.

Now in Scan #4 we clearly see it happen, we see the seal appear on Minato's chest and we see him comment on how heavy the Kyubi's chakra is and how it felt like his body was going numb. With that Scan right there any comments about the Kybuis Chakra not being sealed within Minato should be put to rest.

The Conclusion​

Now half of you guys are going to say, WE ALREADY KNEW THIS, and to be honest I did too. But there have been some threads recently debating the issue and I just wanted to put all of that to rest.

So with that we see that it is perfectly possible for Minato to plan on giving Naruto the other half of the kyubi's chakra, which is currently sealed within him, as a gift. Dont get me wrong that doesnt neccesarily mean that he WILL do that, I mean a week ago I would have told you there was no way Sasuke wasnt going to destroy the village... and yet here we are. But all I am saying is that it is possible if not likely.

No, Minato sealed the yin half of Kurama's chakra into the reaper, just like Hiruzen didn't seal Oro's arm into himself but into the reaper. And I think the last thing Minato would want is to teach Naruto to use the RDS, as it costs the user's life.
