the Flying Thunder God Kunai are custom-made kunai utilised by Minato Namikaze in conjunction with his Space–Time Ninjutsu: the Flying Thunder God Technique. They differ from a standard kunai in that they have three blades instead of one and on the handle (which is thicker than normal) is the "marker" for Minato's teleportation ability; Minato also said that these blades are bit heavier than a normal kunai. The prongs on them also makes it more deadly in melee fighting

So then minato isnt. A very fast ninja sense he uses teleportation seals like space-time that doesnt make him......fast

1.Obito (since he beated minatos in speed and battle)
2. Naruto (mode)
3. A (his lightning armor)
4. Minto (teleportion)

So the real fastest ninja might just be A and naruto if you say minato teleportation justu counts so that really means obito is the fastest ninja since
Minato was never shown running

Even besides his ftg, his still pretty damn fast.

With FTG he is the fastest. Without FTG, he still has the best reaction feats in this manga(rivalled by Naruto though not seems to be random), and is one of the best shunshin users in the manga along with Naruto, Raikage and Bee. A testament of this can be shown thru this comparison between Minato and Hashirama's reaction feat against Kyubi's strike

And for the Obito part Minato won the battle of speed when slammed the Rasengan and injured Obito.
