Just adding my thoughts on this matter but if Minato was Tobirama's 'grandson' and you claim his mother is Tsunade while Jariya is Tobirama's son, then it would be incest...Tsunade is Harishima's grandaughter making Tobirama family.....if Jaraiya is Tobirama's kid and he marries Tsunade she would be marrying her 'cousin' which is incest in the family. Doubt Kshi would do that. Just saying.
