The premise for this theory is based on the fact that Minato used Shiki Fūjin to seal the Kyuubi's Yin Chakra within himself.

According to Hiruzen, When one uses the Shiki Fūjin, the user and the sealed will battle eachother for all eternity within the belly of the death.

Meaning that by the time Minato used RM in the War, he would have been battling the Yin Kyuubi for 16 Years and 364 days

They will battle each othery for all eternity. Not get sealed and 1 will tame the other or gain access to its power. Otherwise it doesnt explain why hashirama and tobirama arent sealed in sarutobi. This is a plot hole.
