This is just a simple theory, and theirs probably a simple answer behind this but,
As we all know, Minato was sealed with in the death reaper jutsu, so how was it Orochimaru was going to revive him before Hiruzen stopped it? In theory, if Orochimaru could still revive Minato doesn't that go to say any one else could revive Hasirama and tobirama?

Orochimaru left the village before The Nine Tails's Attack. He didn't know that Minato was sealed.

Ok fair enough he may not have known Minato was sealed, but why did Hiruzen fear about it then? If he knew other would just be a lifeless person been resurrected and not Minato, why panick and stop it?

Probably in the same way Orochimaru was able to revive after getting sealed himself. Most people get all of their chakra sealed, but Oro had his split between the curse-marks. If the 4th still has some chakra left in naruto, there might be enough to bind his soul to.I think.

No. Orochimaru was summoning Minato, but Kishi made it look like Hiruzen stopped it, which he did. And then in Shippuden Kishi realized oh crap, Minato was sealed, now what? So it's just a plot hole

Ok fair point... we all jump to the conclusion that Kishi is asking mistakes but what if we are all thinking to far into things and he's just out smarting us and it's actually the way it's suppose to go? Every one says theirs a weakness to a jutsu, maybe this Is a worm hole,

Well then we would assume that Hiruzen didn't stop it, just made a hand seal, and helped stop it. But it would be awesome if the Hokages all came back

It's completely possible. That's who "those two" are, the First and Second Hokage

No, I've argued about this before, Hiruzen saw the two coffins rising and was all OCRAP I have to stop the third and started flinging shuriken at them. As if that would work. Hiruzen was a bit confused why it didn't work "The third didn't work it seems" (chapter 117) and assumed he succeeded "I was able to stop the third one", but in chapter 120 he made the connection between the Edo Tensei requiring the trapping of souls and why the Yondaime didn't appear, and used the Dead Demon Imprisonment.
