Others definitely had it but I don't think Madara had it. I'm not even sure he was able to figure out his other powers tbh.

The way Kaguya spoke of Sasuke having it... it suggested he was the only transmigrant to have it.

Another thing that could back your theory of Amaterasu being Madara's ability as well could be Tobirama having seen Amaterasu before (he commented that he had never seen such a Kagutsuchi when Sasuke had shot an Enton arrow at Naruto's RS to increase the damage done to the Juubi). This implies that there must've been an Amaterasu user during Hashirama and Tobirama's era. Could've been Izuna though.

He doesn't have a 3rd MS tech he only has Susanoo and enhanced sharingan jutsu. Think of his Mangekyo as Windows 1.0

Why are we talking about a third technique when we haven't even seen a second technique? I'm assuming here but I get the feeling that yaw thing that genjutsu he used on Ay was one of his MS techniques, that would be completely false if that is the case. Genjutsu Sharingan is just a normal sharingan genjutsu only enhanced by strength of the eyes (ems > ms > 3 tamoe > 2 tamoe > 1 tamoe). I know this because Sasuke uses the same genjutsu sharingan but we all know it aint one of his ms techs. Madara has only shown Susano'o as an ms/ems technique. Unless I'm missing something, I'm pretty sure we're missing two, not one.
