This Genjutsu is so far superior to other Genjutsu we have ever seen. Call it a semi-infinite tsukuyomi. The reason it's semi is beacause Madara only has one eye.

The tailed beasts can't alert Naruto to it, the reason being that they also are under Genjutsu. The tailed beasts connected to the host under Genjutsu are all affected. This makes it almost impossible to detect. In fact i think everyone one the battlefield (near naruto & sasuke)are affected.

The way they are going to get out of it is beacause of Sakura, thats right i said it. She has been in Kamui world, and not affected. When she is transportet back to the real world she will realaze whats happened and get one of them out of it, probably Kakashi. And then Kakashi will get the rest out. And Obito's left eye.

I dunno about that, maybe. But as far as obito's left eye, kakashi doesn't have to stamina to maintain both eyes. Not to mention he have to keep them both covered when they're not in use.

If anyone is in genjutsu, Obito is the one casting it. When the shinju colapsed, the flower was open and the eye was visible.

More likely, it's the explanation of Limbo Hengoku. The weird trippy Black/White stuff is Madara in Limbo.
