Why don't you think Tsunade has seen the forest? Especially considering...

1) There are 3 locations named that teach senjutsu
2) 2 of the 3 SANNIN have trained at the other 2 locations
3) Her name is Tsunade SENJU. Why in the world would she be the only Sannin that DOESNT know SENJUtsu?

Hahahahahaha. Man I agree, Kishi be hating on females. Even the strong ones get small appearances in the Manga (Mito, Kushina, Chiyo, Tsunade, etc.) And I never seen ANY uchiha women ever awaken a sharigan. He be hatin'. HATE HATE HATE

I honestly don't think so, but good theory.

I think most people dont think Tsunade will be a sage, or just plain out dont want her to be one. But she IS a Senju, its odd that no Senju to date have been shown to master Senjutsu, but shinobi in other clans have do so. I guess I'll have to wait and see...

And yes, Orochimaru might have been imperfect just because of his body not being resilient enough to perform Sage Mode.
And logically, there should be a 3rd Sage Mode... I think it will be shown in relate to Tsunade or if not, somehow Hashirama related... like a flashback or something.

Someone that isnt repulsed by the idea of Tsunade having Sage Mode. Most people hate it, cause like Kishi, THEY HATE WOMEN SECRETLY. LMAO

But seriously, it seemed quite logical to me that the only SENJU SANNIN also be a SAGE...

Note: A Hashirama/Tsunade Sage flashback would be BAD@$$EPICNESS!!!
