Sasuke could react perfectly to Madara's Linbo and defend against it. Sasuke was completely unable to defend in time against Kaguya's space/jutsu. Kakashi used long range Kamui so fast that it outspeeded Kaguya's space/time jutsu, to the point to even warp its portal before it was completed.

DMS Rikudo Kakashi with long range Kamui oneshots Madara before he can even react, let alone use Linbo. Not to mention that Kakashi can just camp in Perfect Susanoo or mantain the phasing power of Kamui to troll Linbo, and then use long range Kamui or teleport and dash with Kamui Raikiri.

Obito doesn't need to react at an attack to use Kamui. While in "Kamui-Mode", Obito automatically overlaps with attacks and becomes intangible. So he doesn't need to see Limbo. He doesn't need to react at attacks, because the intangibility happens automatically. Minato wasn't able to his Obito because he was too fast in the first place. He said, that Obito has to be attacked while attacking himself, because in this case, he switches his Kamui-Mode off. As, if the Kamui-Mode is still on, Obito would overlap with the enemy if he tries to attack. Hence you need to attack Obito the moment he wants to attack himself because that guarantees that overlapping won't lead to intangibility.

There is no better defense than Kamui. Kaguya's ash bones would pulverize the Limbo as she uses Rikudo Senjutsu. As all the other attacks using Rikudo Senjutsu would harm Limbo. Also, the Limbo can only act as a defense against a direct attack. How is Limbo going to protect the user from a TBB? Kamui's defense is absolute. Even if the user was about to get hit by 10 Juubi-TBB within the Six Red Yang Formation, with intangibility, he will simply escape.

And let's not forget that Kakashi wanted to rip Juubi's head off with Kamui, until Obito stopped him. Kamui could have one shotted the Juubi.

But Kamui is the absolute attack and defense.

Intangibility makes you immune to anything, whether it is massive destruction like Juubi's TBB or Gudoudama and ash bones, which neutralize any Jutsu or turn their opponent to ashes.

Long range Kamui absorbs anything no matter what. It absorbed the ash bones, it absorbed the Gudoudama shield and Kakashi wanted to rip off Juubi's head. Killing Juubi is a far greater feat than knocking out the Bijuu. There is no defense against long Range Kamui, as there is no attack able to get around intangibility.
