Small note before I begin.
This thread is NOT implying that a “Sage Mode” Kurama can SOLO the Juubi.
I am simply stating that a Sage Mode Kurama could be the main factor to defeating the Juubi.
All Summary points (except the actual theory itself, #7) are supported by the manga.
My own personal theory is explained after the foundation has been laid for this thread (#7).
I will start by listing the Summary, then elaborate (with manga proof) the summary in the Overview section.
Each bullet point in the Summary will have a full explanation in the Overview.

OVERVIEW SECTION:
Let’s begin… by showing all Nay-Sayers that this theory has already been foreshadowed by Kishi:
1. Kurama can take control of Naruto’s body
Here, we see that as a perfect jinchurriki, Naruto can now allow Kurama to fully possess his physical body, while Naruto stays in the subconscious world of his brain. This fact is crucial to my theory, please take note.
Later, I will illustrate how Kurama is able to “meditate” and increase his chakra levels inside of Naruto’s subconscious… which means… Naruto may be able to do the same thing… “meditate” and enter Sage Mode while inside of the subconscious realm… I will further elaborate… so stay tuned…

2. “PLUS EYE” MODE (SM + BM)
“Plus Eye Mode” here refers to the Bijuu chakra-enhanced Sage Mode. When both chakras are combined, it leaves Naruto with PLUS SHAPED RETINA in his eyes. This “enhanced” Sage Mode has shown to be EXTREMELY POWERFUL, negating control from Nagato’s Rinnegan at point blank range. Please note that this was NOT utilizing the FULL BIJUU POWER of Kurama, Naruto was NOT a perfect jinchurriki during his fight with Pein.

3. Pre-BM mode chakra = A Hundred Fold… PLUS (of a regular shinobi)
This shows that the Kyuubi’s chakra is atleast ONE HUNDRED FOLD of a “regular” shinobi, like Kakashi. But… Kakashi was referring to Naruto’s pre-bijuu mode power (the “initial jinchurriki form” or chakra shroud, measured by the amount of “tails” that appear in his cloak); he was NOT referring to the potential strength of a PERFECT JINCHURRIKI merger, which means as a perfect jinchurriki (bijuu mode), his available chakra with Kurama is most likely MORE THAN A HUNDRED FOLD of a regular shinobi’s chakra, such as Kakashi or Jiraiya.

4. Kurama has the most chakra of all Bijuu (combined)
Kurama tells the 8 Tails that their power is according to how many tails you have. More tails = More power (8 Tails disagrees here, but he is referring to the comment the Sage made about “true power”). Gyuki mentioned that Shukaku (one tail) really disliked Kurama for him saying their strength is determined by their number of tails. So in terms of sheer AMOUNTS of chakra, Kurama was given the most of all Bijuu.

Kurama Chakra powerful enough to deflect 5 TTBs from the other Bijuu
Kurama’s TBB has enough chakra to evenly match a combined TBB from 5 bijuu
Here, it is better illustrated-- the sheer POWER of Kurama’s chakra VS the other bijuu. We can see that Kurama has enough chakra to make one TBB that evenly matches all 5 combined. This was done immediately after the 1st BM transformation, which means it was FAR from being perfect. Furthermore, Kurama is this powerful WITHOUT YIN CHAKRA & despite chakra being taken from him during his fight with Naruto. Make note of this.

6. Sage Mode = Natural Chakra + Yang Chakra + YIN CHAKRA
I want to take a brief moment to explain why it is so imperative to my theory that Kurama is able to create more YIN chakra. From the moment Karuma was sealed inside Naruto, he was deprived of ALL his previous YIN chakra.
In Senjutsu, (to be able to use Sage Mode techniques) you need to EQUALLY mix YIN/Yang/Nature Chakra to create the new Senjutsu chakra. In other words, without Kurama’s Yin chakra, Naruto could NEVER use Kurama’s Bijuu chakra to enhance his Sage Mode to its fullest potential.

Note: If you don’t believe it’s possible to mix bijuu chakra with Senjutsu Chakra, please refer back to my bullet point #2. On a much smaller scale, Kishi has already proved it is possible to mix the two chakras, Naruto previously accomplished this feat against Pein!

I use the word ENHANCE, because the more Yin/Yang chakra a shinobi has, the more Natural Chakra he is able to absorb. Since Kurama’s chakra level is 100x plus more than Naruto’s chakra levels, using the Yin/Yang of a bijuu should allow you to take in 100x plus more Nature Chakra, thus EXPONENTIALLY ENHANCING NARUTO’S CURRENT SAGE MODE.

7. THEORY: Kurama COULD be channeling his YIN chakra back into his body
Kurama says, “You can’t win against (juubi) without my chakra”. This shows that:
1 His chakra levels will be back at full power!
2 At FULL POWER, Kurama will be more powerful than when he initially fought against 5 bijuu at once. He fought them after Naruto had already stolen chakra from him, and his TBB power was still = 5 bijuu.
3 Kurama MAY be able to channel YIN chakra back into his body while he is currently meditating. We have never see Kurama’s true power level with YIN chakra… it could potentially be TWICE as strong as anything we have previously seen from Kurama!
4 Since Kurama is able to meditate and increase his chakra levels in Naruto’s subconscious, Naruto is able to let Kurama take control of his physical body in BM and “should be able” to meditate and gather Sage Mode Chakra in Kurama’s subconscious (if that makes sense lol). In other words, Naruto may be able to gather natural chakra for SM while Kurama is controlling his physical body. Whew.
5 This is the most important part of the theory: IF… Kurama gets his YIN chakra back and Naruto goes BM… Naruto will now have access to an EQUAL AMOUNT of Kurama’s YIN and Yang chakra… which would allow him to completely use all of the Yin & Yang BM chakra during Sage Mode…
6 (Repeat of #5) Think about it carefully… Naruto’s “Normal” Sage Mode is only using HIS Yin and Yang chakra … but imagine Sage Mode using Kurama’s Yin/Yang chakra… USING BOTH THE YIN & YANG CHAKRA FROM KURAMA & NARUTO… ULTIMATE SAGE MODE!!!
*Special Note: A Senjutsu enhanced Rasenshuriken was able to stun Kurama… A Bijuu-Mode enhanced Senjutsu Rasenshuriken COULD be powerful enough to “stun” the Juubi, long enough to separate it from its mind (Obito & Madara).

2 This BM+SM combination has already been foreshadowed by Kishi, during Naruto’s final fight with Nagato (also referred to as “PLUS EYE MODE”=BM & SM)
3 Naruto’s pre-bijuu mode chakra (the “initial jinchurriki form” or chakra shroud, measured by the amount of “tails” that appear in his cloak) is more than 100 times the chakra of a regular shinobi. This number is MULTIPLIED now, if we are referring to BMode chakra.
4 Kurama has the most chakra of all bijuu (combined). Even with depleted chakra reserves, Kurama was still able to produce a TBB that matched the size of 5 other TBBs combined.
5 Since Naruto unsealed Kurama, they are able to meld their chakra together. This gives Naruto potential access to Kurama’s FULL POWER, not just a piece of stolen or borrowed chakra.
6 Sage Mode is accomplished by mixing an EQUAL amount of Yin & Yang chakra. Naruto could NEVER have accomplished a SM using Kurama’s chakra before because Kurama has NEVER HAD YIN… Imagine if Kurama gets his YIN chakra back now while he is meditating…

In conclusion, this is EXACTLY why the Juubi is so POWERFUL… it already has a portion of the chakra of all the tailed beasts, and is currently using the Yin/Yang of ALL of them to gather an “unreadable” amount of Natural Chakra! If Kurama can get his YIN chakra back, he could possibly use it to gather an IMMENSE amount of Natural Chakra himself!!!

Now that they have melded their chakras, Naruto can access the FULL POWER of Kurama’s chakra, make note of this. Kurama previously says since he’s in the seal, he can only give naruto a small piece of his own chakra. There is no limitation anymore, now that Naruto has opened the seal & become a perfect Jinchurriki. This is the reason why Naruto is able to sense negative chakra and Kurama is now able to fully take control of Naruto’s body.
Special Note: Becoming a perfect jinchurriki also allows Naruto to have MUCH BETTER chakra control (which will assist in future Sage Mode transformations) because he is no longer using this portion of his chakra to suppress Kurama’s chakra, as told to Naruto by one of his mentors, Ebisu. This increase chakra control would aid Naruto if he tried to use Kurama’s Yin/Yang during Sage Mode.

One last point. This additional “bonus” theory has no “proof”, so I did NOT include this separate theory into the main portion of my thread. Please do not try to disprove this theory, I admit I never thought it had enough manga support to be a valid theory. But, it is “food for thought”... I would like to bring your attention to the manga below:
It is VERY possible that all bijuu (most of them anyway) each gave him a “piece” of their chakra. If this is true… Naruto’s new Sage Mode could be also utilizing the Yin/Yang chakra from all the other bijuu as well!!!
