Sorry for not having any recent theories lol I've been way to hooked on FIFA.
Let's begin!
Have you ever wondered why Kishimoto made Karin an Uzumaki? someone so annoying and insignificant as a member of the prominent Uzumaki Clan? The likes of Mito, Kushina, Naruto and Nagato?
And have you ever wondered why Naruto was able to learn Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu so easily from the Scroll of Sealing?
I think the reason is : ONLY AN UZUMAKI CAN READ THE SCROLL OF SEALING
That is why Kishimoto made Karin's character an Uzumaki! Sasuke and the Edo Hokages will seek her out to read the Scroll and use it to defeat The Juubi
The Scroll most definitely came from the Uzumaki Clan:
The Scroll was used to seal Kurama inside Naruto:
And Kushina said Naruto's Seal is an Uzumaki Fuuinjutsu:
So the scroll probably came from the Uzumakis, that is why Mito Uzumaki was the first Jinchuuriki of Kurama:
And doesn't Multi Shadow Clone Jutsu require tremendous chakra to utilize properly?
Like the jutsu is fitted to be used by an Uzumaki who has very large chakra reserves?
Kakashi probably learned it from his sensei Minato, who in turn learned it from his wife Kushina, who can read the Scroll of Sealing because she's an Uzumaki.
That is why the previous Hokages didn't use the Scroll of Sealing: It's because they couldn't, only Uzumakis are able to read the Scroll (Much like the Uchihas are the only ones who can read the Naka Tablet)
Hashirama learned the info. On the Scroll through his wife Mito who can read it.
Minato learned the Reaper Death Unseal and the Fuuinjutsus because his wife is also an Uzumaki who can read the Scroll of Sealing.
And Hiruzen had to learn the Shiki Fuujin from Minato, who in turn learned it from Kushina because Hiruzen couldn't read the Scroll of Sealing because he was a non-Uzumaki
The Hokages had to learn the jutsus in the Scroll of Sealing from the Uzumakis who can read it.
And since the Scroll of Sealing probably belonged to Rikudou Sennin, he himself most probably an Uzumaki:
(the scroll on Rikudou's back is the scroll of sealing)
Then that Scroll has the Fuuinjutsu needed to defeat the Juubi.
So my prediction is: Sasuke and the Edo Hokages will seek out Karin Uzumaki so she can read and decipher the contents of the Scroll of Sealing so they can find out how to defeat the Juubi.
