Half of the great pendulum of yin and yang.
I think thier are two secert organizations one we know as kara(yin) and another unknown group we will call dara(yang). Each respectively have 6 memebers eachs . In total 12 members of god slayers. Each represents a zodiac animal.
Each having more than one CM (we know vourto amd kawakii has two CM)
We know that kara had 7 members one being absent of first meeting
That number being reduced back to 6 after koji torch the old man
This has left an opening for the dara to invite a new member(most likely bourto)to help keep the balance between good and evil. Amado the missing member was once apart of the dara but had switch sides when jigen(kara leader) tempted him in a way to once agian live in the world of the living(the idea of the vessel).
This Also explains why koji wasnt spoting on the train and didnt help ao deal with bourto amd company is because these 12 god slayers are angles/guardians that were appointed by the sage himself to forever protect the earth from alien evaders. This explains after thousands of years why not untill bourtos chunin exam the first apperance of aliens have finally been revealed. I think amado skipped his turned protecting the earth and lead the aliens to attack in order to steal the vessel for him self.
I think bourto will be recruited by dara in order to master his seal amd become the new 6th member of dara. But in order to become a full fledged 12 angle bourto must forfeit his life. By this time the vessel kara owns has already be possessed by amado him self.
