I dont think Kakashi will die, Kishi is going to leave him for another Team 7 Reunion.

fodder ninja doesn't count to 2 people that are major in the story ling.

Konoha 11, the protagonist and antagonists. and that sort of stuff.

since neji is the first to die.
2nd is a mystery so far.

I don't understand the first sentence.
I personally expected The following to die:
Tsunade(at madara's hands)
Onnoki(at madara's hands)
Kakashi(at sasuke's hands)
Obito(at kakashi's hands)
Kabuto(by the alliance or k11(before i found out how op dsm is)
Kiba or shino(by kabuto)
