i think things was done differently

to me i think both had the full thing of they mother

Ham=juubi eye power/sage justu or basicly what naruto and sasuke has
ham's brother= byakugan and another body power or think 8th gates what hinata and gai has

Someone has to get those eyes if one of them did how did that dna get pasted down to couple shinobi having it

Naruto is Uzumaki not Senju , Naruto may have the sage's powers from the brother rikudou not from the "sage" himself.
Yang clans like Hyuga , Maito , Juugo clan ,Kaguya clan (...) must come from the rikudou bro.

That refers to Hagoromo and his two sons. Hagoromos chakra was divided. The older brother, Indora, had an affinity to "In"(also the strong chakra genes) and Ashura to "Yō". Together they bring out Hagoromos chakra.
Hagoromos chakra has (probably) an affinity to Inyōton.

1/I explained how it's possible that Hagoromo was born Yin and became Yin/Yang at the end of his life.
The interesting thing is that this explanation also explains the shinigami origins , and the origins of the Yang clans that are related to Kaguya Ootsutsuki without being the descendance of Hagoromo.

2/If you look at the statues representing Indra and Ashura (or Sasuke and Naruto) , you'll see that they are mixes of "Itachi's flashback statues".(look my first post in this thread)

-Ashura's statue is "Yang statue" with little attributes of the "Yin statue".Ashura represents Yang with a bit of Yin.Look you'll see.
-Indra's statue is "Yin statue" mixed with little attributes of the "Yang statue".Indra represents Yin mix with a bit of Yang.

So,

-Yin/Yang Hago divided himself into 2 mixes of Yin/Yang , not into Yin and Yang.The god that Madara was talking about wasn't Hagoromo.
-If Yang statue represents Hago's bro , and Yin statue Hagoromo , Kaguya would be the god divided into Yin and Yang , but that's just my theory.

I reread the thread now that we have a bit more information , I can correct some things.

Firstly , Hagoromo's brother is now a mysterious character named Hamura:

Secondly , Hagoromo was probably Yang (I thought he was Yin) , his brother was probably Yin:

That changes a lot for my theory , the guy that seems to have dispersed his Yang descendance (Kaguya clan , Juugo clan , Uzumaki clan , Kin and Gin ...) around the world is Hagoromo.

He found a way to connect his spirit to another human spirit via physical contact , he called that ninshuu.

-If a chakra network is needed for this connection between 2 human spirits , he may have found a way to give chakra networks to other humans to connect spirits , Hamura's Byakugans could have been a great help to do that.
He could have dispatched that ability during his trip , dispatching Yang dominant chakra networks around the world.
That would explain all the Yang dominant clans that are dispersed around the world.

Later Hagoromo got the Yin power of his brother and was able to create his 2 sons Ashura and Indra.

Can't wait for part 3!
