Kaguya's ash bone. Where does this Kekkei Moura originate from?

I made an interesting hypothesis. After Itachi died Black Zetsu collected Itachi's ashes and gave them to Kaguya.
Totsuka which is a spiritual weapons fused with Itachi's spirit and cells since it has no real physical form.

The ash bone one shotted everyone it was used on. My theory revolves around Black Zetsu giving Itachi's ashes to Kaguya and Kaguya recreating them as bones thus forming the Solo Ash bone. That's the only logical explanation to how it one shotted everything it touched. The Bone is composed of the Solo King's DNA
