Hello everyone welcome to my thread hope you enjoy it .. i will explain a few things (theorys) and some fact that this chapter gave us!!
kaguya was 100% the holy tree
Not only does this chapter confirm it but i actually have evidece too
remember when obito let the tree free what was the first thing the tree did .. well here it was this

As you can see the tree was talking .. unlike with obito the tree didn't resist with madara .. while obito had to restrain it with will power the tree spoke to madara freely Why ? well here is why madara forfilled all of the requirments to revive kaguya (herself) at full power and as we know black zetsu was kaguya s will i m sure they had some form of contact when madara had all the content of samesara from that moment he was ready black zetsu First started to collect chakra from the people who had been captured by IT

So zetsu had collected the chakra but why ? well as we know The holy tree (kaguya) wants to gett all the chakra back now that madara had all the content of samesara all black zetsu had too do was this

With black zetsu blocking madara s abillity to move the holy tree (kaguya) took over And as you saw madara was swelling up because zetsu was giving her all the chakra she needed to take over not only that but if you noticed kaguya also wants too get all the chakra for herself even black zetsu who was just a will got absorbed but here take notice of smth else

In the bottom pannel madara s rinnegan where destoryed however the eye on his forhead and the body remained
so we have The eye on her forhead was there
the body was there (the holy tree)
the only thing missing was the byakugan and that s right black zetsu i believe is responsible for that i believe he somehow was the last piece for kaguya to come back at full power
Why well it was theorized before that black zetsu s eye looked like a byakugan
