You may call me crazy but this has happened before. Recently, actually. Obito if i recall correctly. Reasons:
There was no account of her death. No one knows how she "died". It doesnt even touch on the subject. Also if she was dead i think people like Madara would take her eyes.
Also she might be controlling somethings. Like how kakashi managed so many Kamuis. She gave him chakra. Also where is Yamato? Shouldn't he have come back with Kabuto? NOPE Kaguya had him the entire time.
It explains alot of plot holes and is reasonable. Thoughts?
