Actually it's stated that the Rikūdo Sennin was a Human Priest who, after becoming the Jūbi's Jinchūriki, advanced beyond the realm of humanity, so he was born a human, not a god.

Well he was seen as human priest by other humans, so even if he was God spirit with human body then he would be still be considered as Human due to human's body.

Again people who saw him after becoming Juubi Jinchurki considered him as God because he saved them. That why People said that The Sage after becoming Juubi Jin advanced beyond humanity.

So it is not fact that Sage of six paths is just human(Human's spirit + human's body) because he can be as well (God's spirti + Human's body), still humans would consider him as human..., until The Kishi, databook or The Juubi states precisely that The Sage was just human I will say that this is debatable.

It was Tobi who said he advanced beyond the realm of humanity when he became Jūbi's Jinchūriki, Tobi had direct knowledge of these things because of Madara, meaning Rikudou was born a human, not a god, Rikudou was a mortal priest, the Sage and the Jūbi were not one being, Rikūdo became a god only after sealing Juubi, it is called Apotheosis Mortal becoming Divine.

I respect your opinion, but until The Kishi, Juubi(divine being), The Sage himself states as you said until then I will still believe in my theory can be correct..., Obito is mere human as well so his opinion is not revealant to me...

even Madara is mere human..., only Kishi, Juubi or Sage can confirm 100% that The Sage was mere human prior to sealing Juubi or that he was God's spirit in Human's body.

I will stick to my theory until Manga states me wrong with divine being or Kishi's himself proving me wrong... Humans are just humans, they can only describe reality as they see it.

For example They saw The Sage as human due to human's body, so it not matter whenever The Sage soul is divine or just human, they can't even check it LOL

Besides The Sage didn't use all his godly power at whim to show someone that he is God..., he didn't want for humans to figure out that he is the God..., he wanted to save them while they didn't know that it was half of The God, similliar to as Itachi stopped Edo Tensei without show off, just doing it in secret.

Madara didn't say anything about Sage of six paths himself(wether he was mere human or God's spirit in human body)..., so he has yet to say something about it.

Wether Sage of six paths is God's immortal spirit in human body or Human's spirit in human's body it doesn't matter because for humans he looked like human and behaved like human, so they considered him as one of them.

If Sage wrote on tablet that he is god spirit which only took human body form, then some hungry-power people could even harder trying to recreate his power... and searching for him and his secret. If he wanted to be just passive watcher then it couldn't make sense for him to reveal his godly existence to people, instead he give them hope that mere human can stop even almighty God(actually another half of Ultimate God aka Juubi)

I glad we agree , summarizing All three theories about Sage of six paths can come out to be true as:

1) The Sage and Juubi were once The Ultimate God
2) The Sage were bron as Demigod
3) The Sage was born as human and acquired all godly power via Juubi

All three theories can be true due to the ambiguity concerning the words/knowledge we have currently about The Sage of six paths for now
